Where to buy

Finding good non-alcoholic beer still takes some hunting. Here’s where I buy mine. Shipping rules for NA beer vary by state, so check each shop’s shipping page before you order. Last checked: November 2026.

Brewery direct

Buying straight from the brewery usually gets you the freshest cans, the full lineup and limited releases you won’t see in stores. I keep a full list of more than 40 NA breweries and brands that sell direct.

Online shops

Best for variety and hard-to-find beers. Mixing your own box is a cheap way to try a lot of brands before committing to a 6-pack.

In the U.S.

  • NA Beer Market — Build your own 12-pack of craft NA beers, sold by the can. Free shipping to all 50 states.
  • Better Rhodes — A big non-alcoholic marketplace with a deep beer section.
  • Proof No More — An online shop for non-alcoholic drinks with a solid craft beer lineup.
  • The Zero Proof — An online NA shop covering beer, wine and spirits.
  • Wallace Dry Goods — A non-alcoholic shop in Ardmore, PA, that also ships nationwide.
  • Monday Morning Bottle Shop — A specialty shop in California with beers you can’t find anywhere else in the U.S. Not cheap, but worth it for the rare stuff.
  • Half Time — A big beer retailer with a large non-alcoholic section.
  • Empire Wine — A wine and spirits retailer with a good NA beer selection.
  • Herban Flow — A St. Petersburg, FL, shop for zero-proof drinks. Heads up: they also sell THC and functional drinks.
  • Marigold — Minnesota’s first non-alcoholic bottle shop, in South Minneapolis. Orders are pickup in the Twin Cities.

International importers

For beers that never make it to the U.S. Check whether they ship to you, and expect higher shipping costs.

  • Upside Drinks (Canada) — A Canadian non-alcoholic importer with a huge beer selection.
  • The Sobr Market (Canada) — A Canadian importer with craft IPAs, lagers, stouts and sours.
  • GermanFoods (Germany) — German NA beers brewed under the Reinheitsgebot, Germany’s beer purity law.
  • Alcohol Free Drinks Company (U.K.) — Independent 0% beer, wine and spirits from British breweries and beyond.
  • Bières Gourmet (Belgium) — Belgian NA beers and ciders. Not cheap.

Grocery chains

Selection varies a lot from store to store, but these are usually worth a look. Some stores still ask for ID on NA beer.

  • Whole Foods — One of the deepest NA selections at a grocery store. Bigger locations can carry dozens of NA beers.
  • Total Wine & More — Not a grocery store, but often the biggest NA beer wall in town. You can order online for in-store pickup.
  • Target — A growing NA section with the national brands.
  • Wegmans and Publix — Solid regional picks in the Northeast and Southeast.
